To be fair, and in @Basileus defence, my experience shows contacting the company is useless - even if it's for questions which are not market sensitive.
It has now been 3 months and 1.5 months respectively since my emails directly to Sholom, after I was also invited to contact the company directly. Still NO reply to my non-market sensitive questions.
