Mining failures are Troy's fault - wall collapse in Smarts 3 and the recent wall slippage that resulted in a fatality.
Picture below accompanied an article on the incident - if this is their mine it is a disgrace
It's a bit hard to sell, they probably won't make it back on the boards.... I'm just calling it an all in loss.
