could be a buying op, the group is doing its best, put your bid in sub 1c and will likely get hit in the next couple weeks depending we it falls. hopefully we can get clear air after that when the dust settle which ever way it goes and we can move on.
yep announcement is kicking the can down the road on a shoe string, what do you want and what would you be doing? (hopefully the same, low cost exploration work while in search of a new project and management) this project is not viable at $35k/t, even the shallow high grade DRC mines have scaled completely back, you've lost all context. "enhanced viability" this I think just means just that, searching for higher, thicker, shallower grades that will lower costs - get grip. maybe I'm naive, maybe your completely burnt now.
