    1. Card stolen and used to buy say, a pair of jeans online.
    2. Cardholder disputes legitimate charge for the jeans, known as friendly fraud.

    The merchant won't send jeans until the puzzle is retrieved from account (aka Paydentity+ISXPAY) thus securing the transaction.
