As @Egeria noted, under the November 9. 2018 agreement Altura books full revenue from Ganfeng and then pays back 30% of what it receives.

...But there seems to be some 'wriggle room' in that with a partner who is on side?
IE they could draw up a variation on the original agreement so the residual repayment is left as credit (maybe with a LOW interest rate applied) so Gangfeng pays 'full price' for shipments at the moment .
This would delay the 'full repayment by third quarter 2020', but it would mean Ganfeng could take full advantage of current low lithium price,s and any interest on the residual prepayment would further reduce the amount it is required to pay after prices increase?
And that would help both parties?
