Its a pretty material event for FAR either way.
3 years of bullshite....or
3 years of protecting shareholders rights.
I think both will have a material effect on FAR's sp and I'm wondering if its been sold down reflecting the risk of a loss.
I wonder what FAR will do if they win?

Gridders email is quite an eye opener on the 350 mill replacing JV finance.
The only reason I can see for FAR to do that is if the JV finance deal is worse than FAR can do....otherwise why not take up the JV finance??
Coleman said PE was a road block to finance.....maybe the banks didn't want to hand WPL money until they owned the title for certain??
