HK The ASX have not advised that a notice that the the due diligence report on NS has been released! i would expect that it will be forwarded with the notice of extra ordinary general meeting to members next week. i note that the notice was scheduled to be released last Thursday for an extra ordinary general meeting to be held on the 20th December. As the company is required to give members 28 days notice of an extra ordinary meeting i would think that the meeting will now be held just before Christmas. There will be a lot more further information released with the notice and i suggest that we wait until we receive the notice before making our decision. i would strongly think that it will be released early next week otherwise Christmas holidays will interrupt the holding of the meeting.
