9:52am - I don't think we don't need to see screenshots of people's trade executions. Seeing a rise in those types of images showing up in the DT threads, and we're all happy that you made money, but it's not necessary.
Trading Tip - Go exercise. Lift weights, running, swimming, cycling, or even a long fast-walk.
$50 for anyone who can run 10km and then still feel bad about a trading day. Those endorphines gobble up negative thoughts for food.
This tip is honestly not about being physically fit (which is a great byproduct), it's about being mentally level. Trading can absolutely take a huge toll on your mental health, so it's recommended that you alleviate that burden.
If you've never experienced a runners high, it's without question one of the best legal highs you can get. Your house could be set on fire, or your trading account wiped out, and you'd brush it off as a misfortune, it's glorious.
