it 100% does if a company exagerates its revenue and or fails to inform market re the nature of those revenue...
why only now are they disclosing the revenue ( after the short report ans ASX queries) was one off, of questionable nature, was completely delivered in uber short (2 week?) timeframe, to customers who dissapeared for various reasons straight away.
wouldnt it be"prime" level governance to disclosure to that information at the time, I conspirarcy theorist could easily conclude it had sonething to with the fact that $300m of bonus shares was issued to insiders based on that revenue being recognised at that time and management didnt want to bring attantion to the nature of the revenue at the time.
