Let me just say this; any successful PE announcement should immediately be followed up by another stating exactly their intentions and/or if they have a buyer. Any "cone of silence" games, any taking 30 days to make up their minds or test the so-called waters for interested parties will reek of unprofessionalism and disdain for shareholders. They've had three years to square this away. They should have a plan A, B, C, D and E all locked and loaded and ready to go by now....
