Mr Hay says he wants to sell a minority stake in SDV as a "buffer". So anyone who thinks they can get stage 1 done with the cash they have remaining is in the land of wishful thinking, IMO. They will have no money left and two half-arsed projects making next to nothing in terms of free cash flow. Does that sound like a company that's worth $400m? I think not.
