You didn't answer the question of how much Sal De Vida will cost.
Sure they would be interested to work with other folks, but then if that doesn't happen they will manage that in a modular construction.
You're so heavily focussed on Sal De Vida rather than the continual supply that those converters we supply will need.
When companies like AJM and PLS fall over, then what happens?
