Do you mean the column in the etf summary table ("market value") to the right of their volume column ("shares held")?
If so, as far as I can tell, that is simply the "market value" of their holding based on the the current market price:
Note last TSLA price was 333.04, so this column appears not to be what they paid for the shares, but indeed the actual market price at the time of the report.
Or perhaps you are referring to some other figure..? Happy to be corrected and apologies if I misunderstood!
