Its simple. The hot money has come out of the stock .... now that not much is happening. By that I mean .. 3D underway .. but it means little too the Market. They probably can't book a Rig to drill WE-3 and WE-4 till what ..... April 2020 ?
Jaws is a little maybe .... so other than that ... people have to ask themselves the simple question .... why stay in this stock right now ..... probably answering it by saying .. leave it for now and re enter in March.
That's my read on it ....
