How is everyone really feeling about the fact that all parties share the same address...?? surely this is yet another major red flag...???
I wouldn't want to be the "independent" accounting firm that does this DD.... pretty sure they will be investigated heavily for any links / conflicts of interest... god help us if they are also located in the same building..
