There were a few claims on these threads that the ISS announcement from ISX was 'nonsense', not relevant, and from an 'unknown' provider that was likely paid.
And now we see this 'unknown' provider highlighted as having a direct role in discussions with a major Australian bank (along with instos).. and lo and behold, that bank has taken direct action today after those discussions.
