hmmm, not so sure it was fluff. Mark mentioned that the building expanded 6mm during the day from the cold morning to the peak sun of the day. Agree that this might not be noticed by a lot of brick layers with string lines etc. Everything is expanding too. That probably explains why builders familiar with manual brick laying haven't mentioned it. Also with a double leaf, or single and stick frame, the outside leaf can expand independently "a little" of the internal frame or leaf. So no problem.
Reckon that might have come up during the first Outdoor test build. Go back and have a look at the video of that build and you will see large gaps between blocks as the wall height increases.
What will be interesting to see after many houses are built outdoors with this single leaf FBR method, will be how the walls that are in full 40 to 45+ degree sun expand in relation to the plaster that is attached on the inside of the house that is air conditioned at 23 degrees.
