hi guys , i think you will find its a non recourse loan ie AC can hand the shares back at any time he chooses and no matter what the price AC will not be liable for the shortfall , make it easier on everyone here if they just said that good news is share price holding up today , and hopefully its in anticipation of an announcement re Buffalo JV partner or something positive also the shorters will at some stage have to cover their short positions , some of which they may have already covered with long positions but have not netted them off against short position ie they are not really 52m shares short unfortunately we will never know Merry xmas to all cheers glenn
