suspending the dividend would cause many dividend-focused finds to dump BOQ and the SP drop would be far greater
I think that BOQ management made a mistake in pricing the new allocation at 10% below previous price: it showed little confidence in ability to raise capital
pricing at a 3 to 4% reduction would have sent a much stronger message
