Unfortunately DST would be better being developed by CSIRO, not a publicly listed company.
That's the way the company acts, the team should be government run with unlimited funding and timelines, they are not cutting it on their own, they don't have the experience or acumen.
How are they possibly going to raise any more money in the very near future?
