How absolutely dumb was this - why wasn't it placed on C & M long before now - why the CR?
If they offload Nifty then that will replace the C & M costs but the rest is all chaff - really bad management on this.
Thank goodness Apac put the wind up them and the current board knew they were under the microscope.
