I'm not sure whether the delay is necessarily related to technical issues relating to the machine.I gathered there were other issues at play. Remember its Nov 26. Trades stop 2nd- 3rd week in December. Do you leave a half built house (ie. walls are up but other parts of the house is a Work in Progress) as is for 2-3 weeks. Plus you'd probably have a bunch of other factors in play that are not readily evident (eg. how do we deal with security over the break etc).
I'm keen as hell to see the display home, but we have come so far and so close to seeing this outdoor build, lets trust them to do what they have to do.

No, I don't think this is correct. I think WB are keen, the impression I got is that there is some last minute haggling by WB and the FBR Board are holding firm cause they know WB need the solution offered by FBR.
