it is an interesting read and the trends are certainly changing in China, more and more SOE assets are pouring into the enviornmental industry and it will be even harder for small-medium private companies to survive in China now. Fluence China are certainly aware of the tide was changing, and they have shifted their foucs to the SOE companies, it is unlikely we will see more contracts coming from private companies like QSY or Jinzi. Fluence needs to leverage more of the Sino-Israel governmental framework to be apart of this game.
