Darkside I admire your initiative and would be particularly keen to support such a course of action if you/me/anyone had solid proof someone was manipulating the PLS share price under instruction. That would be a scandal at a very high level and surely would attract the attention of Asic.
However if you only have a strong suspicion (like many of us LTHs do) then not sure ASIC will be able to do anything as apparently they receive circa 20,000 complaints pa. and openly tell us on their video that they rarely act for the public (presumably unless the evidence is overwhelming.)
Again I support the place you’re coming from on this but I suspect Asic are part of the problem along with ASX and the unethical fw’s that drive these programs.
My feeling is something is brewing and I’d rather be in the game than on the sidelines.
