meeting to rolled the directors was suppose to be held on 21 November, before the 25 November cross examination of Somboon and his two sons by the Singapore arbitrator. Ben managed to delay the meeting till 29 November. So too late for Somboon to take control of Donaco and alter the Singapore arbitration outcome.

This is a win for Ben and for Donaco.

Gerald Tan testified against Somboon back in August. of all people, Joey Lim. The guy who started all this trouble in the first place. Did not testify (most probably because he have nothing to gain, no financial gain) if he was to appear.

Singapore arbitration will likely to rule in favour of Donaco. The hearing will conclude this Friday.
