It will be interesting where our drug sits compared to these treatments. I guess the mind boggling price sounds great to a pharma exec but are they actually selling any of these "most expensive drugs in the USA".??

At those price levels who actually has access to the drugs? The pool of potential patients is already small enough and now they need to have high net worth also. Are they funded at least in usa by medical insurance or government funding or are they generally only available to the families of high net worth individuals?
