The point is - You're supporting your company by purchasing via the SPP whereas you're supporting the seller by purchasing on market.
Therefore I guess it depends whether you're a long term investor convinced or encouraged by the story or a short term trader interested only in quick profits.
Either is good if it fits your investment mandate. You choose, I'm holding out for $1 plus (heaps I hope)
