This is why it's so imperative that a regulatory body acts, and why it reflects so poorly on them that they haven't. Shareholders are helpless without them.
What other avenues can shareholders possibly pursue? I hadn't invested a massive amount, but it was still far too much and large enough for me to want to make sure I do everything in my power to get anything back, even if it's pennies on the dollar.
