Although I have a respect for stoatys alliance, I could not see the sense in voting against resolution 3 and 4 as this would have been against shareholder interests, but some shareholders were openly encouraging to vote no for all 4 resolutions. But looks like a number of shareholders did, which shows me that some people are not thinking with their heads.
With BB being supported it shows that the alternative team may have not done enough to convince the wider shareholder group, so need to find a way to do more.
