We shouldn't underestimate the significance of a successful conversion from a conventional dairy operation to an organic operation. It takes more than just waiting 3 years. Now they have achieved it with Yaringa I think we can be pretty confident the others will get across the line. The organic produce will deliver a premium price. And, if the new Director, Bryant, can help AHF ease into the China market, which he should be able to do with his experience and background, things begin to look pretty good.

All of this progress from AHF might be done under the cloud of a reducing cash balance, but it is also done in the face of a market where we now see Australia importing milk from NZ, rapidly increasing demand from Asia, and companies (like Bellamys, or Mengnui now) on the hunt for organic produce. IMO. there will be strong demand for the AHF produce and that should see strong growth over time. This is the long game and I'm happy to be patient. A sub $40m mkt cap might look pretty cheap in 12 - 24 mths. GLTA
