I'm not sure of your command of the English language and subtleties that is can produce, but I can assure you the linking of the terms "reasonable offer", "not going to bow", "bullying", "we are a public company" and "unreasonable settlement" in this particular context is without doubt Synlait implying they are being blackmailed/extorted. I'm glad they pretty much called it out publicly because that was my conclusion when this issue first raised its ugly head. Me Ye's fantasy business plans will soon be crushed by the courts and he will have to come up with honest and practical plans if he is to extract any value from his holdings. He should also put away the race card and threats from his homeland as that will not serve him well in his future business dealings in Australia and NZ.
