System tested to now accommodate how many users , 100 million or so was it ?
I wonder what old server infrastructure NOR had ? how could they keep it , increase its capacity and reduce its costs ? Is it state of the art , as Oracle would demand?
Oracle like to embed themselves within possible takeover targets to discourage others , I will assume that they do this by providing hardware and software solutions .
Why do Oracle bother with crappy little NOR , because it has the ability to create massive cloud revenue dollars , simple as it gets . All in my opinion .
