I'm amazed that you guys are so happy to be drawing further attention to your plight re ISX. I do understand it would be painful not having access to your holding, however caution may also be prudent.

To start with, most of the investigations by all parties would be confidential, including any involving parties you think are not treating ISX so well & secondly further forensic investigation into ISX by a hungry media may not be favourable.
