What I don't understand is that assuming the MMP is approved within the next three or four months, which should allow construction to begin in, say May, 2020, management are just going to mothball it for another six months or more and perhaps start work at the end of 2020. That's crazy, isn't it? And what about the recruitment that was supposed to have been happening? That's gone for now too. Too bad, Seastan, looks like you'll have to go elsewhere for 12 months. Have we been taken for a ride here? It sure feels like it.
