The Group will use the raised funds for state planned toll road projects, for which they complete the majority (reported in the prospectus documents). This is part of the domestic push for the construction and scale-up of the National Highway Network Plan (2013-2030): a key part of Xi Jinping's comprehensive three-dimensional traffic corridor in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
Would these funds possibly help them win tenders in neighbouring provinces. A bulk tender in Jiangxi Province (Hubei's southern neighbour) for sewage treatment in expressway service areas has been published that would be a perfect fit for iTEST. The projects are located in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. A zone directly south of the area where Yangtze River Eco-Environmental Protection Group just won their large tender. As with that tender the same stringent regulations should apply as it a critical ecological area.
