Do you mind explaining why you think PCK is a dud?
Genuine question.
It's pretty much the same thing as the abbey pain scale which is currently being used now? Except it's has been digitised, and with the subjective human observations of the face removed and replaced with an objective computerised one.
Have you read the papers that has been published?
Because both methods are highly correlated with each other
