Never EVER underestimate the Chinese. Before they invest in a company they check management out thoroughly. They want directors (of any company not just APG) who they think, rightly or wrong, will dance their tune. Not suggesting the current directors do otherwise this post will be moderated.
The thought that APG might get new directors would not have pleased them, did they have a hand in postponing the AGM, I have no idea but if I was a gambling woman I would put my money on an announcement before Dec 18th 2019. Anything to try to keep shareholders happy with the current status.
