ASX have the power to suspend who they wish but these Directors of ASX have also an interest in Companies which make money for these Directors!
Let me ask you a question......Do you think it is fair for a Director of the ASX who has the power to suspend any company he or she wants and in the case of ISX without given an exact reason but at the same time these Directors have a financial interest in other Companies some of which are competitors of the Company you suspend!......Is this fair! NO of course not.
If you are a senior executive or Director of the ASX you should NOT be allowed to sit on the board of any other Company or own a large portion in a listed Company in my opinion!
AFL or Soccer players are not allowed to Gamble due to match fixing and this is the same princible!
