It’s a loan facility not a takeover bid? What am I missing here? Commonwealth bank doesn’t own my house, I own it and I pay the interest each fortnight on my loan. Isn’t this what will play out here? Us shareholders still own the mine, we start mining again at a determined date and make our repayments to the new loan provider? never been in this situation before, so I could be went, but it is a ‘loan facility’ as I read it?
