I can only guess that not enough people actually voted against the resolution, or those that did don’t have big enough holdings to make a significant overall impact....what I can say for sure is that I voted online prior and every single vote of mine was accurate in the paperwork they supplied me and formed part of overall vote exactly as I instructed. As @Brumbie  said prior to the AGM, vote, or forever hold you peace.
