They were forced to sell their shares by the ASX and donate any profits to charity.
You know that because you were sniffing around at the time.
This is old news from nearly 3 years ago.
Yao and Crowley bought shares in the last year at 9c and 10c as part of a capital raising. I doubt they would have sold these as they would not have made a profit.
As I said go and speak to your WHA directors as they should be more of a concern to you.
