you’re showing your ignorance, they were clearly listed in the information released for the AGM. I didn’t agree with the criteria at all, and I told them so. They have committed to taking my feedback on board and GE said that perhaps they should have an investor day next year prior to the AGM that would allow them to socialise what they plan to submit for a vote and that would give shareholders an opportunity to discuss what they think, and then potentially incorporate this feedback into the resolutions (a good idea I thought). I was very critical of the performance metrics, but admittedly, raising issues at the AGM will only allow them to be fixed a year later, I simply did not control enough shares to deny the resolutions on the spot. I did feel like they listened (didn’t get much of a read from SB but definitely from GE) - he either played it very well, or he actually was interested - only time will tell which.
