With the receivers and GXY "retired", the VA will continue with the restructure. Obviously finding new management plus raising funds to recapitalise with additional time up their sleeve.
Of course, depending on who is behind the Chinese wall, could lead to other agreements like a priority over future offtakes for example. Even a possible tie in with Cowan could be on the cards.
