this is an interesting one. So Afterpay say they provide a service and that the merchant cannot pass the cost of that onto the purchaser. Otherwise they can't use the service.
now the RBA says that they may not agree with that!... So let's say they bring the law in and the merchant increases it's price if purchased through an afterpay transaction.
afterpay then cuts them off so they can't use the service.
We are back at square one... does the RBA then tell afterpay that they must serve these merchants?..
