if the shares was paid for by Somboon. why would they pull all the nomination? they have the numbers, why not get on the board.
most probably because somboon.. might agree to join up to remove mcgregor and others.. yet not comfortable to have Gerald team replacing those directors..
somboon team and gerald team don't seem that close.. but at least we now have peace..
