    Hi Rotichan,
I agree with you as well on the delayed permits. Even if the permits are ready (I hope so) only to sign them, they will wait after December 10th 2019.
We all know that the presidential winner of the Peronist coalition Alberto Fernández will take over on December 10th 2019.
And we all know that the mining permits are granted by the local Salta authorities.

Now. On November 10th 2019 there were local provincial elections in Salta. The new elected Salta governor, Gustavo Sáenz (also from the Peronist coalition) won with 54% and will take over as well on December 10th 2019.
"...The Saltenos chose their new governor, 11 senators and 30 provincial deputies, 60 mayors and 343 councilors..."

All those new elected persons, I think that is cousing our permit delays.
Argentina needs new created jobs and foreign currency incomes. During the election campaign the new President said that he is pro mining.
The new government needs and wants quick results, so I think and hope we will see our permits grated soon after the 10th of December.

Not much time left to buy in at those SP levels, especially since we now have the attention of funds as well.

This is my personal opinion only and it is not financial advice. Do your own research.
