can I just sum this debacle
1.gxy received a small interest from its debt investment.
2. gxy lost its equity investments and also from the latest cr.
3. Tues ann will be gxy likely to walk away from a40.
4. Waiting for firb, if approved then a40 being TO at the lower offer.
are these correct the way I interpret our situation?
