I have an inkling that our new CEO may be appointed to the board as maybe Executive Chairman by ASM. That would give you some existing executive on the board . In terms of other appointments Gerald may get one seat at the table as reward for pulling his resolutions, the rest I have no idea but probably Aussie based.
I can't believe a full blown truce will be delivered by ASM to Somboon and believe the Singapore arbitration will go ahead and as it is arbitration a deal in Donaco's favor will open up opportunity for ASM to recover lost capital and exit stage left.

Of course there is the chance for a takeover to take place at a cheap price , but enough for ASM to exit as well.
