If you are correct, that would mean VRC are paying overall around 55% interest on a loan of $700k ($230k in interest and the extra $350k payable at maturity)!!!!!
That is outrageous!!
Surely, if they are willing to agree to those sorts of terms, they MUST think that funding approval is inevitable????
Either that or do anything to keep feeding the gravy train???
