    They blew $6m of the $20m raised on fees for themselves and their mates.

    They are paying almost $1.5m in salaries and fees per year

    They diluted everyone to shreds by having 20m free shares awarded to each of them

    It would be close to impossible to turn this dud around.

    Crooked thieves.
